SOS Employment Group is seeking an Office Manager for our busy Orem office. Pay will be $38-40k year, DOE.JOB SUMMARY AND ROLES:Develop recruiting strategies to ensure sufficient resources to meet current and anticipated client needsConduct recruitment and onboarding activities in accordance with company policies and applicable state and federal employment lawsEstablish performance standards, career growth and personal development goals for branch inside staffMonitor overall performance of branch inside staff and recommend merit increases, promotions or disciplinary actions as appropriateMonitor status of open job orders and customer service issues to ensure they are handled in a timely mannerContact clients periodically to review their satisfaction with services provided and to discuss opportunities to provide additional servicesMonitor selection activities to ensure temporary associates used to fill orders match the client's requirements regarding skills and abilityConduct self-audits to ensure the branch is in compliance with company policies and applicable government regulationsManage branch expenses in accordance with budgeted net profit goalsGenerate and review periodic financial reports to determine the branch status in comparison to established financial goalsDiscuss with supervisor plans to resolve financial results that are below expectationMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:College degree OR equivalent years of experience and trainingMinimum 2 years related experience in a management capacityStrong analytical, organizational, negotiating and decision-making skillsAble to effectively communicate with associates at all levels and with outside contactsAble to demonstrate a working knowledge of government EEO and Wage & Hour regulations related to hiring and placing temporary employees on assignmentsAble to read and analyze various financial reports related to branch operationsAble to work a standard schedule as defined and extended hours as neededBENEFITS:We recognize people as our most valuable asset.
