I have a very nice and nearly complete January 16th 1971 Chevrolet 396/402 big block motor. It was from an SS, the block is stamped Hi-Perf Pass on castings throughout the block. It is casting number 3999290. The matching heads are dated 71 as well and the casting is 3999241 on them. It has the pistons, crank, cam, timing cover/chain, oil pan, etc. No intake or carb. It has never been bored. I got this on a trade and do not need it. I will consider trades for a nice welding setup, plasma torch, high end generator, or what do you have? Located in mission valley. Comes with engine stand and 4000lb engine hoist! Location: mission valley
