GENERAL FUNCTIONProvides quality customer service and information to members and residents.QUALIFICATIONS- Demonstrated ability to provide member service.- 6 months or more work experience preferred.- Basic knowledge of office machines.- Ability to communicate effectively.- Possesses mature judgment and sound decision-making. KEY FUNCTIONS1. Know critical communication for each day.2. Know all key program information for registration and questions.3. Provide member solutions on the spot.4. Communicates with all department staff as needed.5. Ensures correct entry of data and tracks as requested.6. Informs next shift of critical information.7. Ensures member receives concierge as needed.8. Conveys basic knowledge on YMCA programs.9. Collect relevant data from potential residents for screening.10. Process rent, security deposit, and other applicable fees from residents.11. Provide professional, compassionate, fair, and equal treatment to all.13. Participates in membership events, facility and open houses.14. Develops positive relationships with members.
