AndersonPC, a Las Vegas based Managed Service Provider, seeks Network Engineers with 2 to 5 years of experience to work within engineering teams to serve our growing client base. The Network Engineer has primary responsibility for Network Operating Center (NOC) helpdesk, LAN/WAN project implementation and long-term client support, including heavy interaction with end-users in diverse computing environments. Customer Service Representatives are challenged on a daily basis working in an energetic, fast moving, collaborative, demanding & results-oriented work environment. This position is an integral part of service delivery. It becomes the core from which all the activities flow.The basic functions of this position can be broken down into the following categories:Dispatch Managment Learn contract levels and ensure compliance Track and Follow up on items from daily work tickets Generate and manage a daily schedule for field techs Maintain a professional and good working relationship with clients Communicate with clients with status updates and project time lines Quality Control Responsible for client service satisfaction surveys, quality control, and follow-up calls Responsible for tracking and procssing all incoming orders and coordinating installations $28,000 to $32,000 DOE, Extensive benefits package includes performance bonuses, training, auto allowance and health insurance Location: Las Vegas, NV Compensation: $28,000 - 32,000 DOE,Extensive benefits package includes performance bonuses, trPrincipals only.
